This report contains weighted data for the 2006 Federal Human Capital Survey compared with a set of private sector norms drawn from an average of data from large, primarily U.S. corporations. Positive response percentages are reported for items that are comparable between the 2006 FHCS and the private sector norms. The FHCS question wording and numbers are used in this report.
